Refund & Return Policy

We at CleanCut want you to love your grooming products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

3. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to confirm availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, used grooming tools and personal care items cannot be returned.
